The Change

Change doesn’t always knock loud. Sometimes it hums low in your spirit, soft as a whisper, steady as a drumbeat. You start feeling it before you name it and before you understand what it wants from you. Your favorite things stop hitting the same. the routines you swore by feel like cages now. The mirror reflects someone who’s ready to move, even if she doesn’t know where yet.
Making a change isn’t always bold. Sometimes, it’s gentle. It’s choosing silence over noise. It’s saying no when you used to say yes.it’s waking up one day and finally cleaning the space that’s been holding yesterday. Sometimes change looks like grieving the version of you that played small for too long. Sometimes it looks like joy, unapologetic, earned joy.
Real change doesn’t ask for permission. It asks for honesty and for courage. For that first shaky step, and then another.
If you’re feeling the shift, trust that. You don’t need a roadmap, just a reason. If the reason is you, that’s more than enough.
